Many of you have heard me give the "Patient Recall Strategies" talk. It may be my most popular and effective presentation. I even identified the lack of preventive care focus as the #1 Business Mistake That Pediatricians Make.
But there is still more to say about this subject. I realized that both "halves" of this talk - the WHY and the HOW - needed updating and additional content, so I split them up. Here is the first half to help remind pediatricians WHY preventive care is so important. I've got new data, new angles, new jokes.
